I had a great stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, convenient location near the main area with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and the friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including the vending machine and communal microwave on the third floor, the ice machine, and the hot spa. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the food was delicious.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Another thing I enjoyed about the hotel was its easy access to the train station, which made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the room was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape.
The hotel lacked an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness, which made me feel like I was just another customer. The biggest issue for me was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms, which was uncomfortable and unhygienic. The last thing was the hotel's tendency to skimp on essential amenities, such as body lotion and proper slippers, which was disappointing.

Our stay was great! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options. the location was very convenient, being close to both the train station and the airport bus stop. the staff was very thoughtful and provided us with amenities for our child without us asking. it was a fantastic value for the money we spent.
That the restaurant had limited seating, which made us feel rushed while eating. there was some cigarette smoke smell in the lounge due to poor ventilation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel near Nakajima Park. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and within walking distance of the Susikino area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage between separate stays. The rooms were cozy and clean, with attention to detail and limited storage space in the twin room. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from.
All was more than okay, no improvements needed.

They even went the extra mile to provide sleeping robes for my child without me having to request them. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
